Setup Your Own Lounge in Our Networking Area
The seating area will consist of a couch, two chairs, a table, and a screen for your use. The catering will be provided and includes coffee, tea, soft drinks, fruit, and small bites. These items can be branded as well.

Select Your Round Table Participants
You select 35 names from the event attendee list who you would like to join your round table - we will guarantee a minimum of 7 participants. The round table will be held before the program starts. It will take place in a dedicated area or your lounge while standing lunch is being served. Our team will set up the group and take care of everything.
We will share the list of the sign-ups with you 1-2 weeks prior to the event; please note that the list can be subject to last minute changes.

Gain Event Access for Your Representatives
Six of your company representatives will gain access to our event. Their names must be confirmed at the latest 2 weeks before the event.
Get your desired branding message out with a 20 second spotlight video that is shown to the full audience at the event. You produce the video, and we will help to get the message out.
