Management Events is the 2nd Best Workplace in Finland

Management Events has been awarded as the 2nd Best Workplace in Finland in the Great Place to Work® -study in the category of medium sized companies. The award ceremony took place in Helsinki Thursday evening.
Management Events has taken part in the study for five consecutive years and has improved its ranking year by year. Great Workplace is seen as one of the company’s HR strategic goals.
– This fantastic ranking in such a tight competition only proves that our people proposition and HR function has a central role in the company strategy. The unique culture of Management Events is a result of many factors that skillfully complement each other as well as of a positive, proactive everyday leadership, describes Tomi Hilvo, CEO of Management Events.
Over the past five years Great Place to Work -study has provided Management Events with concrete facts and comparative data of the quality of company’s HR practices. These data has been used systematically to develop Management Events as a workplace and as a result, the company has upgraded its ranking in the study year after year with obvious positive effects also on recruitment.

The Best Workplaces in Europe are ranked in three parallel categories: small (15-50 employees), medium sized (50-500 employees) and large companies employing more than 500 people. The 100 Best -list is based on the studies in 15 European countries. This year 113 companies operating in Finald took part in the study and the top 50 companies made the list.
