12th Best workplace in Europe -awards makes Management Events the best European workplace in the events’ industry

Management Events has been awarded as the 12th Best Workplace in Europe in the Great Place to Work® -study in the category of small and medium sized companies.
The award ceremony took place in London Tuesday evening and the company was also among the Top 3 finalists for an Excellence Award in the Camaraderie-category. The ranking makes Management Events the Best Workplace in Europe in the Events’ Industry.
Management Events has taken part in the study for three consecutive years and has improved its ranking year by year. Great Workplace is seen as one of the company’s HR strategic goals.

Over the past three years Great Place to Work -study has provided Management Events with concrete facts and comparative data of the quality of company’s HR practices. These data has been used systematically to develop Management Events as a workplace and as a result, the company has upgraded its ranking in the study year after year with obvious positive effects also on recruitment.

The 100 Best Workplaces in Europe are ranked in two parallel categories: small and medium sized companies (less than 500 employees) and large companies employing more than 500 people. The 100 Best -list is based on the studies in 15 European countries. This year 1250 companies operating in Europe took part in the study and the top 100 companies made the list.
