Why should we attend another exhibition?
You shouldn’t. Our events are nothing like exhibitions or fairs. We concentrate on bringing the real decision makers together and delivering leads to our partners by organising several contact points with the delegates. All our events are by invitation only and the delegates belong to a clearly defined target group. In order to guarantee that both the partners and the delegates get the most out of the event, the number of both parties is always limited.

We already know who our customers are, why should we attend?
Do you also know their investments for the upcoming period? We do. Before each event we conduct a comprehensive target group research and invest a lot of time in determining the upcoming development projects and investments within each target group. We deliver this information to our partners as well. Just knowing who your customers are isn’t enough. You should also know their needs.

How can you guarantee that the target group is right for us?
The target group research defines, which partners the decision makers find interesting and would like to see represented at the event. On the other hand our partners have a possibility to name the members of the target group they wish to meet at the event. This way we ensure that both the delegates and partners meet those parties they find the most interesting.

How can you say that your events are effective?
Our events offer a clearly definable return on investment. ROI can be determined by the leads we deliver to our partners and the deals they close. What is a Meeting Manager Service?
The Meeting Manager Service can be determined as a lead generator. It’s a web based service that guarantees you meet 1-to-1 the delegates you find most interesting. The service is easy to use - you simply select the delegates you wish to meet at the event and we take care of the rest! We set up 15-minute meetings for you and the chosen delegates in the course of the event's program. Meetings take place in the networking area, at your company's Meeting Point. I’m interested in buying the research report, is it possible?
No. We invest a lot of our resources on interviewing the key decision makers and building this comprehensive research report. It contains valuable information about the target group’s upcoming investments and development projects. Since we wish to serve our partners the best way possible, we give the research report to their use only and won’t sell it by itself.

What does it require from us to participate at your events?
Not much, just take enough business cards with you and concentrate on creating contacts, we take care of the rest! We build the event program, invite the delegates, do the marketing and take care of all the event logistics. So all you have to do is to show up and be active with the delegates!
