Project Managers are responsible for signing in the important people such as Key Note Speakers and event hosts. Through meeting and interviewing a predetermined number of top decision makers and key industry leaders, PM’s are able to create the excellent subject themes to our events and commit delegates into participation. If you know our business model, you know this is neither a project management role nor an event organizer role.
Working as PM is a great job for people who are curious about what happens in different industries, are good at analyzing information and great at social encounters with top executives and decision makers.
